No. Your final guest count is not due till 10 days prior to wedding reception and 7 days prior to other events.
All menus are customizable. We do everything we can to make your menu exactly the way you want it. Some things cost more than others and change package pricing, but there is no additional charge for menu customizations.
We can accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions. Gluten sensitivities, dairy restrictions etc. Kosher meals, Halal and others.
We do tastings for wedding receptions of 80 people or more. They are free and can be for up to 6 people.
Yes, we offer children’s meals. Most people allow staff to go through the buffet line on a buffet or order them plated meals. If you would like a different meal for vendors, we can do whatever you would like.
We wrap up the leftovers on the buffet and give them to you.
Yes, we offer full-service catering depending on the size of the party. Our staff provides impeccable service
The short answer is every venue that allows us to be part of your celebration. Some exclusive venues will allow to pay a fee to bring in an outside caterer that is not on their list.
Yes, we offer full bar service for event on site or at your location. We have a liquor license and RAMP certified bar tenders. We ONLY send bartenders to your event if you buy and alcohol package from us
